Aluminum sheet manufacturer

One of the largest aluminum sheet manufacturers in the world hires ACCODE to value the fixed assets of the two plants of a company that it has just absorbed in Spain. The objective of the valuation is twofold, on the one hand to include the acquired assets in the insurance policies of the purchasing group, and on the other hand to calculate the potential goodwill originated in the acquisition.

ACCODE has assigned a team of experts exclusively to this project as it involves two plants with more than 70,000m2 each and has industrial equipment worth several hundred million euros. The project has been executed within the planned deadlines and has met all the objectives and the approval of the transaction advisors of the account auditors of the purchasing company and acquired company.
