Asset valuation: Manchego cheese factory

The largest cheese importer in Spain, which also has several factories spread across the Iberian Peninsula, hired ACCODE to evaluate one of its Manchego cheese production plants in view of a corporate operation that it plans to carry out in the coming months.

All industrial assets and technical installations have been valued, including industrial cold installations. Valuation of real estate was also part of the scope of the project. Precisely, the valuation of the properties has been used to carry out the correction of some urban deficiencies, as well as to carry out the reparcelling of the lands that are not part of the corporate operation.

The project has been carried out in a record time of one month, with the participation of engineers and architects for the reparcelling. ACCODE technicians received express congratulations from the client's senior management for the quality and speed of execution.
