Beer manufacturer: valuation of productive assets

One of the main European beer producers has hired ACCODE to evaluate the productive assets that it plans to contribute to a joint venture with the authorities of a Caribbean country to launch the largest brewery in the area.
The project has had a wide scope that has included everything from the selection of the assets together with those responsible for the client to the assignment of a value to each of them under different hypotheses in order to comply with all the legal and transportation procedures of the assets. themselves. The technical documentation for each of the assets contributed has been located and all the necessary procedures for export have been prepared.
The factory is scheduled to come into operation at the end of 2023, progressively increasing the installed capacity during the 2024 financial year.
