Biological fertiliser and pesticide production plant

ACCODE has been contracted for the valuation of all the assets of a new biological fertiliser and pesticide production plant recently inaugurated in the west of Almeria, in the true world reference centre for ultra-early agriculture. This new factory is the largest project to be developed in Andalusia in 2023, both in terms of investment in machinery and civil works.

The complex also houses one of the world's leading research and development centres for materials of natural origin (animal, vegetable and marine), having developed new materials to replace plastic and all types of fertilisers, pesticides, flavourings, preservatives and proteins for the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors. The project will require a second phase once all the production lines are operational, which is planned for the last quarter of 2024.
