Company in the food sector: divestment of fresh pizza production

An important industrial group in the food sector has hired ACCODE to collaborate in the divestment of its fresh pizza production division. The assignment had the double mission of both valuing the equipment at market value and searching and selecting potential buyers for the assets used. It is a complete line for manufacturing artisan pizzas, with mixers, ovens, freezer and final preparation and packaging line with a shelf life of 30 days. The project has passed satisfactorily and in a period of just 4 weeks.

All machines have been liquidated with revenues in line with the values ​​estimated in the valuation phase. ACCODE has advised the client throughout the entire process, including the disassembly and transportation of the assets.
