Construction company: asset valuation for presentation of results

The Spanish subsidiary of the main construction company in France entrusts ACCODE with updating its real estate assets in Spain in view of the presentation of results in the stock markets where the parent company is listed. The scope of the project includes both the corporate buildings and the offices in the different Spanish headquarters. The land has also been valued, identifying the corresponding accounting values.
