The brands and patents stand out, although the bulk of the work has been concentrated on evaluating the designs of the 4 models that make up our client's current range. The result of the work has allowed us to restructure our client's accounting, registering a new asset that is perfectly identifiable and totally valid as collateral for potential financial operations. In addition to being able to register said intellectual property in the different levels, whether in European jurisdiction or in the different countries where our client's motorcycles are marketed.
