The first fund specialized in industrial leasing, duly registered with the CNMV, has chosen ACCODE to carry out the valuations of the acquired assets.

Likewise, ACCODE will be responsible for all asset management during the duration of the financial leasing contract as well as periodic inspections and maintenance audits of the assets.
