Ice maker: asset valuation

The largest ice manufacturer in Europe has hired ACCODE for the valuation of the industrial assets of its 6 European plants with the triple objective of updating the financial statements, checking the insured values and analyzing the possibility of carrying out a sale operation . and lease back on the assets located in the Spanish plants. The project has had the added difficulty that the client uses two different technologies for ice production; production by cutting ice bars and production by molding in freezing tunnels. The project has also allowed the new proprietary investment fund to adjust the financial statements to reality and record the corresponding goodwill.
