Important SOCIMI: updating the values of your real estate portfolio

One of the largest SOCIMI listed on the Spanish financial markets has commissioned ACCODE to review the valuation of its real estate portfolio for the closing of its annual accounts for the 2020 financial year. The real estate portfolio is made up of several buildings for residential use and offices throughout Spain, as well as a plot of land for the promotion of residential housing in the province of Barcelona. Both the accounting audit firm and the CNMV regulatory body have validated the methodology and results provided by ACCODE
