Largest national manufacturer of wind turbine blades

The largest national manufacturer of blades for wind energy generation equipment has hired ACCODE to assess all its industrial assets at its plants in Elda (Alicante) and Albacete. The manufacturing of blades for wind turbines is a highly complex process, as it combines different technologies such as the machining of lightweight wood and plastic parts with the weaving of synthetic fiber fabrics. This technical complexity is further compounded by market evolution, with increasingly powerful assets requiring larger blades. The outcome of the project has been a success, allowing our client to adjust the values of insurance policies as well as apply for various financing and subsidy programs.
