The largest theme park in the Mediterranean has hired ACCODE to calculate replacement values ​​and analyze the remaining useful lives of all its assets. This analysis has been carried out based solely on technical criteria, regardless of accounting and tax lives. The project aims to design an investment plan to replace assets over the next few years, in addition to being able to update the coverage of damage insurance policies. It has been necessary to have the collaboration of the maintenance and operation experts of the park in view of the history of the first 25 years since the opening of the park. Finally, it has been used to adapt the accounting lives to the established technical useful lives, thus updating the total value of our client's assets.
