Producer of meat products derived from pork

One of the main producers of meat products derived from pork entrusts ACCODE with the valuation of all its industrial assets. Our client has the most modern slaughterhouse for pigs in Europe, also being among the three with the highest slaughter capacity. It is a facility certified according to the strictest animal welfare standards, guaranteeing that the animals do not suffer when slaughtered in a state of CO2 stunning. The scope of the project also included the valuation of the assets for cutting the animals and processing the different products.

Different ham drying rooms as well as sausage and sausage production factories were visited , considering both the production machinery and the packaging and food control assets. The assessment of auxiliary assets is part of the scope of the project, a section in which the industrial cold installation stands out, one of the most powerful in Spain, as well as the production of steam and the electrical supply, including a substation with high-voltage power supply.
