Producer of packaged salads and garden products: Asset valuation

One of the largest producers of packaged salads and prepared garden products has required the services of ACCODE to evaluate all of its manufacturing plants, located in Spain and Germany. One of the plants is even equipped with clean rooms for packaging cooked toppings . The scope of the project included both industrial assets and real estate, as well as technical installations, which in this sector are one of the most important items.

The project was carried out during the month of June, combining physical inspection work with assessments. The result has been a success and has allowed our client to carry out the accounting adjustments it required as well as update the values of its insurance policies.
