One of the main national producers of ready-made meals hires ACCODE for the valuation of its industrial assets.
Pre-cooked meals are a booming product in all Western societies and are generally very high quality products. Our client, one of the pioneers of the sector in Spain, has just inaugurated a new plant of more than 30,000m2 and has required our services for the valuation of both the assets installed in the new plant and those still in the old plant. plant, with a definitive cessation date for activity during the first half of 2024.
The scope of the project has also included the valuation of all the technical installations on both floors and a market value valuation of the new property. ACCODE's work has served to classify the different work certifications in accounting terms, as well as calculate the values to be included in damage insurance policies.
